The Hollybrooke Coffee Shop is the latest addition to the farm. Nestled under shady thorn trees it presents excellent views of the Magalies Mountains. Close by is the longing rink and the stables. A small home nursery is in the shade of an old tree and a broad shaded stoep presents all day shade and refreshment to the weary.
Inside the atmosphere is homely, warm and welcoming. Your hostess, Betsie Malan, is an experienced restauranteur and her warm personality and demeanour is reflected in everything in the restaurant. Catering for the ravenous to the peckish, the menu is filled with mouthwatering delights.
Betsie prepares all food herself and takes pride in her culinary skills.
