Warm homely comfort and a practical arrangement makes for a perfect place of rest. A perfect romantic getaway! Down the embankment you will find idyllic picnic spots right on the river’s edge. A few hundred meters away, out of sight, the Hollybrooke Coffee Shoppe, catering for the hungry and thirsty, and will provide a romantic picnic basket upon request! Each chalet can sleep 4 (four). Regrettably, no pets allowed unless by prior arrangement
Hollybrooke Backpacker’s Lodge
A warm, spacious and homely atmosphere is created by the rock hewn “Hartebeeshuis” style backpackers lodge. Built entirely from indigenous material off the farm, this has been designed to house 16 (sixteen) people in comfort. Each room has its own extra wide stoep (porch) under which hours can be spent relaxing, reading, playing board games or jus plain resting after an adventure filled day.
